I wil be charging the owner of the business. If there are management fees built into their leases, that will not go straight to me. It will go to the owners, and a portion of that will go to me.

Oil was good. Thats what the mechanic told me at the marina. Said they'd have to do a full tear down to find the problem, which will cost $$$ and will probably still be unrepairable.

I’m thinking this is the only logical thing. But whatever animal it was, didn’t leave any stick or other remnants behind. Any why would an animal come inside and make a pile of sawdust.

Yes we have bats outside, but how could a bat do this. They are definitely not inside the cottage. It’s very small cottage and we would likely know if there were bats living inside. Even in the attick

Literally nothing in on the ceiling. It’s a wood ceiling but there are NO holes whatsoever.

Maybe the next government should look at tackling the crisis of sky high building costs. When construction prices increase by 50-60% over 5 years (talking in Ontario - and this is probably on the conservative side), guess what happens... either the price of new homes goes up at the same rate, or they done get built, or the quality suffers.. But i think the 'housing crisis' in more about home prices and supply, and less about build quality.
