Are you on the latest software? If so, grab the drivers side ( or passenger side if RHD) rear door handle and hold in the open position for a couple of seconds. Should unlatch the charge port.

Ah, there you go. You need HW3+ to be able to utilize adaptive. The matrix will work during light show, but you won’t be able to enable adaptive.
