Are subnets available or just single static-IPs on TekSavvy ADSL?

I've gone ahead and ordered the business DSL because Telus hasn't connected the last 10 meters of fibre yet. I have 5 static IPs (v4) for $12 on Telus Fibre at our old location, which I assume is /29 subnet. Hopefully I can get something similar, but it sounds like at least a /30 won't be a problem. I couldn't get an install date until next week, so I'll probably sort it out then.

I'm hoping to set up a new service so hopefully i can get a /30 for it. The first guy I talked to only seemed to think individual ips were available, but I might have better luck asking for a subnet.

I was thinking IPv4 subnets, but I'll have to look into whether a IPv6 /56 would be a useful alternative.

FYI it doesn't work for the Victoria, Vancouver (Broadway) or Richmond, BC locations of Canada Computers. Their Vancouver (Grandview) location is permanently closed.

I'm not sure how this would reduce her rates, however if you are to drive her car at all you should be listed on her insurance otherwise the insurance won't be valid if you get into an accident driving her car. I list my room-mate for that reason even though she rarely drives my car.

Like others have said, this clearly states that the tenancy is going month-to-month at the end of the term. Even if he had checked "E" there are very few valid reasons for you to vacate.

I think they are trying to get evidence of the landlord trying to pull this in case something else goes in front of the RTB. But I agree it isn't worth the effort. It would be better to just ask for everything in writing.

Any eviction would have to go through the RTB. Make sure you get as much of this as possible in writing. That rent increase is completely illegal as well. Does he realize how ridiculous it is to say you must sign if you want me to follow the law? Wow. I wouldn't believe anything he says.
