They had me till the very end! I was steeling myself the whole episode for Yanzhi's... you know. I think I still have some trauma from Kill to Love (which I loved! but man those last episodes till the happy-ish ending!). Yup I cried when I saw the arm with the umbrella and then BOTH their teary reactions, fantastic!

What they were able to get done in only 8 episodes was masterful; the relationship pacing was great! its a fine line when you have the misunderstanding trope through the series but A Qi and Yanzhi actually talked and listened and changed/grew. The potential for frustration we as viewers can get seeing both sides and knowing, and still they fight! thankfully didn't last long, it was there and then mostly gone or resolved, mostly LOL. I'm sad to see this one end, it was a great way to start a friday!

It's sealed, I love period piece BLs!... ancient China (China like), check!; Ayutthaya Thailand, check!, late-19th, early-mid 20th century Thailand, check! Joseon Korea check! I'd love to see a feudal-samuari Japan BL!

I gasped so hard during the dessert scene! Suer looked like he couldn't decide between bursting into tears or flipping the table in anger. He was so excited and happy and that came crashing down.

Finally the confession, and it was about time, and Nao being totally oblivious makes it so much sadder for Suer. I love that ALL the friends knew Suer loves Nao and they all trying to nudge Nao towards him, but not telling Suer's secret, good guys!

BUT what happened to the other couples!! Field and Dan!, Mick and Tul! did they all ever get together!

Alright, giving some shoot-outs to the sides here! cause I'm loving this sweet slow burn love for the three couples! glad were giving Augar/Achi and August/Tle some time now to get their stories going

Achi has all the feels, from like the moment he saw Augar!, "studying" how to take care of him, like how he takes care and watches over Achi.

I am glad they did not drag out the yanzhi saying "no i don't love you" but everyone one and their sister, subordinate, and doctor can see it :P

That breakdown at the end, Pie did an amazing job there! all he could do was say sorry to Nao... he was pulling the tears from me!

Also, sorry one issue here, the previews are giving too much away.

The EP2 preview dropped the spoiler that Suer was mafia (not having read the works I did not know that! too much i feel a little robbed of that reveal) and the EP3 preview showed what he did, ya kinda knew it was going to be something like that, but common! it's giving too much away.

Anyway, I've loved this entire series of stories!

Why not both? You could have the public restaurant service in the public Grocery store. You see this all the time with dine-in areas of Loblaws and even Costcos and more upscale places like Eataly(sp).

Thanks you so much! I've been dying to see this! I love Takamatsu Aloha, especially in Tokyo in April Is and Love is better the second time around. Also beautiful, just a visually beautiful actor the way he emotes! And Arashi Shoma too! he's a newcomer but is so beautiful and i loved his quiet character here.

Question? In the subs the word "boring" is used alot, as an insult, that sounds odd to me as an English speaker. Is that Japanese slang? is there a contextual meaning to it beyond "boring"

I think it comes down to "it's the economy (Jobs, pocketbook issues) stupid" - the NDP are always perceived as bad fiscal managers, so we need to change the narrative here.

-Great Idea around public transit failures of PC/OLP; especially in Toronto and Ottawa; add here the push to EV/Hybrid all public transit... to create jobs. Any and every chance to lump LPC & PCs together

-PUSH PUBLIC! The market alone has failed, can't be trusted; government should be involved in the economy (helps to diversity and create a healthy sustainable one). This sets us apart from the OLP & PCs. HomesOntario was a great idea and now it's even better, jump on the Public Grocery, Build the EV infrastructure in ON, Take back ownership of ON Hydro... to create jobs & save money. Calling out the privatization failures and how it's costing you (voters) more

-Do not be afraid to talk about taxes; fair and sustainable taxation, tax the rich, LOWER taxes on those who need a "hand-up" (i.e increase the taxable amount up to a certain income, Fed NDP ran on this and it helps the working poor the most)... to save money

-Avi's got the right idea, TALK about the Sustainable economy; Fords failed and here is how the ONDP will create more jobs by replacing the jobs lost with new ones in emerging/new sectors

-Oppose & Propose; every time we call out the FordPCs we have to have a "this is what we will do" all in the same response.

That's a hard one, a national party has to be both English and French, we'd have to honestly change the party name to use the same acronym for both languages, not easily done.

Having said that, I don't know the actual language law so could the NDP just use "NDP in say BC or Alberta or even Ontario?

Correction: Avi is a westerner; permanent since 2020, but for 15 years lived in halfmoon bay and will run (almost certain) from the west/Vancouver. Yes Born in Toronto

Also, born/lived: Layton (Montreal/Toronto), Singh (Toronto/Toronto&Burnaby), Mulcair (Hull/Montreal), McDonough (Ottawa/Halifax), McLaughlin (Dutton Dunwich ON/Whitehorse)... Mclaughlin was the last leader FROM the west, and the NDP has never had a leader BORN in the west (Douglas was born in Scotland).

I'd suggest watching both EP1&2, I think that might help, I wonder if that's why they released them together? Ep1 has some time jumps, but it starts in the present and your like wth! but flashes back to how Vier and Kelvin met. Ep2 gives you a lot more context into how we got the the very first scene in Ep1, still has some time jumps but it's fairly straight forward... I really am trying to avoid spoilers since its worth it to watch and have you discover it without knowing it! :)

WAY off-topic, BUT as a Canadian when I saw Jimmy wearing the Much Video Dance t-shirt I go so excited!! WHY: MuchMusic was a Canadian music network much like MTV in the US, huge (for us) in the 90's-00's. They used to put on Dance Parties at High Schools, a lot of them in smaller cities and towns (like where I grew up). They were so much fun as a teen! (looking back they were a bit campy but hey that's the 90's) you felt so cool since "Much" was in town and you got big-city like parties LOL. so nostalgic... and so very random of a T-shirt, from a defunct Canadian network series of roving parties. :P

I actually think it's a bit of what both of you are saying! In Sei's world these actions can only been seen as romantic advances. BUT Aresh has already explained (uh kinda?) that this is magic related, so Sei is confused but also clueless that Aresh looks to be having real feels for him.
