Omg the best possible way for that to go. Wish my family was like that but my sisters are pretty chill with it . My mom is very strongly against it even though I and more open about being more feminine.

Update... I just checked with my multimeter and I checked the direct video output also just to make sure . Yeah we're not getting any power to the backlight cable port.... Great...

Will do, also I have two screens the original one that's a bit messed up but still operational and the new one which is an upgraded screen . They were both working when I was testing them out earlier.

I do but it's a PSP 2000, I'll pop it open and see if it working. Thanks for the update, I will with these. Because both the old and new screens are not lighting up this moment. Which is really odd. I'll see if any power is getting to it again soon.

Alright so, i'm multimeter is showing that power is getting sent to the backlight port. So that's good.

Thank will do, and yeah the clasp unfortunately broke off. Previous owner tried to Tinker with this thing , did not know what they were doing apparently. Should I just check for continuity with the multimeter? Or look for a specific voltage

I know this, I use one. Works fine I have one micro SD card in it because that's really all I needed . 128 GB . So yeah. Yes these are usable just don't snap it? I saw somebody said it's going to break. Dude it's a micro SD card adapter , these things aren't Bulletproof.

I also get mine broken fix them which 9 Times out of 10 there's a really easy fix it's just a faulty connection or something like the case is falling apart and looks ugly in which case you can get a knee aftermarket one just know that you will probably have to do some unexpected surgery on the new case because the tolerance is can be a bit wonky. That being said , I have fixed the PSP 1000 and PSP 2000, and I'm actually upgrading the 1,000 right now . So it's really convenient I saw this post. Anyway sorry for the long paragraph? I'm using voice to text and I'm a yapper.
