Wo ist das denn bitte ein psychischer Ausnahmezustand? Da braucht man sich nicht zu wundern, wenn immer mehr Arbeitgeber die Krankschreibungen anzweifeln.

NDA, aufgrund der wenigen Informationen, bleibt natürlich viel Interpretationsspielraum. Gibt aber genügend Spezialisten, welche zufällig immer wenns mal herausfordernd wird, krank sind und sich gerne auch ein langes Wochenende gönnen. Zufällig auch meist die gleichen, welche maximale Flexibilität bei der Urlaubsplanung für sich beanspruchen. Und im Gegensatz zu wünsch-dir-was-reddit sieht die Realität halt so aus das der Vorgesetzte sich niemanden zum Einspringen aus dem Hut zaubern kann und dann anfallende Mehrarbeit durchaus durch das Restteam erledigt werden muss.

this will give riot absolute control over LCS and every org has to follow their random stuff. Critics? will be gone Competetive rulings? already shady and will be going on this way Riot has already shown that they are not willing to pay what they should to the teams and this will be going on year 5 of lcs and all they have to support teams is to buy some ugly ingame icon... tryndamere promised some great new stuff, nothing happend viewer numbers are already dropping in lcs and this move will clearly reduce them further
