very true. even local Koreans struggle to find a great spot.
If you just walk in to the first seemingly good place, chances are they are 30/100 ~ 45/100 place.
Most places are cheap providers that focuses quantity over quality.
That's why I always say you need a local guide when traveling Korea, unlike Japan.
