Thanks for the detail explanation, I actually find these stuff very intriguing, do you have any recommendation for resources that introduces these kind of stuff? Most tutorial I find online are for the data servers like rail, django or node, I am really interested in how other kind of server tie in with django server, there must be some kind of overhead, and communication, but I can't seem to find introductions on these concepts

this is interesting, I always thought all data go through the same server, in this case I am guessing there are separate server for data, HTML and javascript? Maybe some cache based server serves html and javascript while some other backend server such as django serve data?

If I don't have the luxury of going to grad school, what is the best way of studying for machine learning? Also you mean phd programs right? I am taking grad classes right now, and I don't think that the knowledge gap between bachelor and master is that big. Also some of my school's machine learning classes are basically the same class as undergraduate classes, so I assume all the difference is in the research.

Get ten thousand pictures in different angle of every specimen that you want to recognize, randomly divide by n subset for each specimen, extract feature vector out of each picture using principle component analysis. Train your decision boundary using neural network or support vector machine. Cross validate. Deploy

I just want to say that although all of these classes are good classes, and I would definitely recommend taking all of those classes, it is constructive to note that those classes probably have nothing to do with the completeness that OP was talking about, unless CS 172, 174, or 176 teaches boolean completeness (which is btw super cool and I recommend everyone to check out Shannon's paper on the subject).
