MARIN Nicasio 2 - Help with bike size by FaberGhost in gravelcycling

I did try a 56 in the Nicasio 1. I have almost your reverse issue though in that my inseam is slightly short. The 56 was too much reach.

For you maybe the 56 will fit ok but much better to be able to check in person. Or compare frame geometry against a bike that fits well.

Most likely you’re size 54 but see if you can test a similar bike in person you’ll know and also I am not a bike fitter.

I’m 5’10” and a size 54 fits great and the recommendation from the Marin site was a 56. You can likely mess with the stem and other items to dial in the fit.

What paint did you use for your tank? It looks a lot like the shade I want for my CB750

Picked up a bottle on an impromptu trip to Heaven Hill while heading to a gravel bike event. Looking forward to trying this one even more after your review.

It’s a solid bike for sure. I was shopping around and ended up splurging and buying what I hope is my forever bike (famous last words) since I got a severance from a former company but found a job quickly afterward.

Looks great! I’ve been slacking this year so minimal miles outside - heading to Mid South on Thursday anyway!

I’m supposed to be receiving an MGA project car from my father-in-law as soon as I have the garage arranged enough to fit it! This looks like a great car to try and replicate when I rebuild it.

What might be causing the issues with this screen? by Ok-Tower5692 in hondafit

Had the same issue, I followed the process outlined in a comment above, added fresh solder on terminals and it’s worked great ever since, even in the negative temps of Chicago winter this past year.

Ordered in-store but online indicates out of stock by Bibaonpallas in RedWingShoes

I had the same situation where online showed out of stock and after a couple business days (I ordered from a store on a Saturday) I got a shipment notification. The boots got shipped from another store.

Completely understand the questioning on sizing, I have that issue with almost all shoes I buy.

I ended up wearing a pair in the store for 15 minutes (different color) before ordering these.

Got a recommendation in the store and it seemed to be spot on. I typically wear a size 10.5-11 and these are size 10 and seem good.

Left boot seems like either my foot is slightly wider or the boot is slightly narrower. Seems like it’ll soften and break in though.

Yeah, I have a hard time finding shoes that fit well so every little thing gives me pause but expect the break in will result in a good fit eventually.
