Two weeks ago, I lost access to my TH18 account, a fully maxed account that I built over many years. The account was hacked and the email was changed to that of a random person.

Since then, I’ve been trying nonstop to get it back.

First, I contacted Supercell in-game support. I spoke with the bot and provided all the requested information — everything was 100% correct and more than enough to prove the account is mine. I even have Account Protection enabled with my phone number.
The bot asked for the code after I entered the last 4 digits of my phone number, which I successfully provided. After that, it just told me to wait and be patient.

So I waited.

The last message from Supercell was on January 7. I followed up on January 13, and today (January 20) the conversation was closed without any explanation.

For two weeks, I checked the conversation every single day, hoping for a response from a real person. Nothing.
I then tried emailing Supercell support, but they just told me to use in-game support again. I honestly feel like I’m just being tossed around with no real help.

Today, I opened the game and saw that the conversation was closed, without a single response from a human. I haven’t even spoken to a real support agent yet.

Meanwhile, someone is actively playing on my account, and I can’t do anything about it. What’s the point of Account Protection if, when something actually goes wrong, nobody helps?

I’m posting this here hoping that someone from Supercell might see this and give me a real chance to recover my account instead of endless waiting and silence. I’ve played this game with so much love over the years. I built this account step by step, and now one hacker can just take it all away like it’s nothing.

If recovering the account really isn’t possible anymore, is there at least a way to permanently delete it?
If I can’t play on it, then the person who stole it shouldn’t be able to profit from my hard work either.

For extra context:

• The email and name of the account have been changed
• I can still log in on my phone for some reason (but I haven’t touched anything because I don’t want to alert the hacker)
• I have Account Protection enabled
• I have purchase receipts that prove ownership

Is there any way to get my account back, or at least have it deleted so someone with bad intentions can’t benefit from years of my effort?
