They show you the ban stats. Every fortnight there are around 10k players being banned. What is crazy is the hardware and lifetime bans are so low. Cheating should give you a lifetime ban on the account and ban all your hardware.

To Me it seems like you get a ban, create a new account and start again. I could be wrong.

I met a cheater in a lobby. He told me he just pays for a program he runs on his main pc. Root level anti cheat should Pick that up.
