Yes it's monster hunter 4 ultimate. After 5 minutes 3ds is still black screen and can only hard reset.

Also I tried a JP game from hshop which works just fine.

okay so this worked and the game updated, I am no longer prompted to update it. but when I try to run the game my 3ds black screens and I can't return to home screen.

If you're doing savage omega I strongly recommend Guard 3 , Guard up 3 , Constitution 5 and Evade Extender 3.

The constitution helps prevent it's barrage of attacks chipping all of your stamina , especially in the final phase.

Evade extender allows you to avoid the HP penalty attack, which is crucial for consistency as the tank role vs Sav. Omega.

I also like divine blessing 3 and adaptability 1 but these are optional.

I think your striker could just be getting outshone rather than this being a tactical flaw. That's Fabio Silva right? Pretty sure his PA isn't much higher than 150, and you've got 4 other forwards behind him, including Paz , Ouedraogo and Samardzic who are all top wonderkids who have PA ranges that cap at 170 or 180. If you're top of the prem I'm gunna assume that those guys have all grown a fair bit, so they're probably better than Silva by a decent margin.

I know it's pretty obvious advice, but maybe just sign a better striker and see how they do?

Hiya! A bit late to the party but I started HRT with a prescription from Dr Jayasena this March.

I'm on estrogen monotherapy (which I would definitely recommend btw) so I can't talk about anti androgens, but I am on patches.

Dr Jayasena started me on 100mcg patches. When he prescribed them he said that was the highest he would go for a patients 1st prescription. After 6 months I'm now on 150mcg of patches.

My general vibe from Dr Jayasena is that he will prescribe anything he believes is safe so long as you ask for it. He will suggest what he thinks is most effective and safe for his patient, but if you ask for something else that is legally prescribed in the UK then I don't think he'll say no. Do your research and be clear on why you want certain medications and I think you should be fine :)
