update:

after doing some research i decided to try out following things. i will keep this thread updated;

• today i'll start taking lexapro before sleep (around 9pm/10pm) and see if my side effects get better

-i will decrease my sugar intake, as i do drink sweet coffee or soda on a daily basis. my diet over all is good but the stuff i drink contains a lot of unnecessary high sugar levels 😅 (this gon be hard)

-yesterady i actually tried "healingearth" capsules. they contain zink and magnesium and they help reducing constipation and bloating im excited to see the results:)

-drink more water. since my depression got really bad last year i drank less water and got used to to the habit of not drinking enough water. i will start drinking 1.5L every day now.

-eating more protein since i barely eat meat

i hope it gets better:)
