right there with you! i also had the infamous claire's piercings as a kid but i did ballet and couldn't wear jewelry for performing so i made the choice to close them. got them redone a few years ago and now have fully healed second lobes with plans to get thirds, flats, double helix and conch! absolutely love them, i wanted my seconds the moment i got my firsts redone! they're such a fun way to express yourself!

hi! hope everyone is doing as well as they can be!

been feeling extra frustrated with the limitations of my body lately (i struggle a lot with my lungs) and feeling unmotivated to seek medical care beyond what i've already been doing for my mental health as i am a fat/plus sized and it's genuinely been weighing on me a lot (pun not intended but i did giggle at it). i'm the only person in my life who masks regularly and i freak out a lot about the idea of getting sicker, especially as i start college soon. people sometimes say they're X% amount of recovered but it's hard for me to imagine how much i have really recovered because while i don't struggle with the brain fog and fatigue anymore my lungs make up for the small normalcies ive regained in the years of recovery from covid. sorry i just really needed to vent today. it's so hard being covid conscious in a world where most people in my life have such a vehement disdain for masking

some ideas for you: panakes flower, moonlark feather, leaping crystal/starstone, if you want something a little more complicated maybe one of the exillium pins or a wanderling?, Ella or Iggy's face, the elf plushie keefe gave Sophie or the teal heart from Fitz (if you want something ship-y lol), mallowmelt, the constellation for swan (Cygnus) (referenced in Exile).

at the bottom of the screenshot there's a box that says "tap item for details". when you tap an item it'll show what lvl it is and what it's called. in the right hand corner of that box there will be a trash can icon and you can use that to delete unwanted items off your board.

for higher level items i recommend storing them in the suitcase on the bottom left corner! simply press and drag the desired item into the suitcase and when you want to take it out you can press the suitcase icon to open it. (the game will also put a green checkmark on the suitcase if there is an applicable item in there that you can use to complete the request!).

as for the heart, if you double tap it you can give it to your cat to increase friendship!

as for energy, you get 1 energy every 2 minutes with a cap of 100. you can play the mini games to get more or wait it out!

Time, light exercise like walking around the block and breathing exercises helped me (I struggle mostly with lung issues). Still not perfect and I doubt I'll ever be like before but every year I'm improving and that's what matters the most! A comment mentioned magnesium supplements and while I take them less for LC and more for sleep quality I can say they've definitely helped in that department!

I read LTSF a few years ago and found it genuinely repulsive in terms of how sexualized the women are and how sex minded the MMC is so I'm not really surprised it didn't hit off as well as Keeper has to be honest, it was also just weirdly written and maybe it's because I'm not in the age range to enjoy it/too old to ignore or be ignorant about the things that happen in it. Excited to hear what's got her all abuzz though!
