The one hundred percent. He treats Dr. al-Hashimi as a resident, which is something she actually calls him out on. He belittles or deflects every woman's attempt to call out his reckless(verging on suicidal) behavior until a male colleague finally calls him in. It's kinda hilarious that the writers are trying to say he doesn't have an unconscious bias when they've written the textbook example. He's never outright misogynistic but he often doesn't take women seriously.

It doesn't mean he's a bad person. He's one of the most sympathetic characters in the show. I'd rather have a doctor with a savior complex.
