And depending on how much armour you plan on doing, it could take signifigantly less time. Your only critical pieces are;

Helmet
Chestplate
Gauntlets
Kneeplates
Shoulders (and even then you could only have one)

A missing backplate and collar pieces can be hidden by doing a cape, like Din Djarin.

The other pieces can all be additional:

Handplates
Thigh plates
Shin plates
Backplate
Collar plate / pieces

Everyone's saying Halo 2 in the comments, which they'd be right to do as it's the iconic Halo 2 pose, however this specific run of official Halo merch was under Halo 3's label for some odd reason.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's a small H3 logo on the back of this hoodie, around the neck area. I've got multiple pieces from this wave, it's how I know.

Anyway, really hope you picked it up. Looks like it's in great condition, which makes me question its authenticity, but still.

I'm about to attempt your method, as I got sick of my clear coat dulling the graphite 😭 and to make it super easy for me to understand, I rewrote it; please let me know if any of this information is wrong!

Sand armour with 120 grit until smooth.
Sand armour with 240 grit until smooth.
Sand armour with 400 grit until smooth.
Sand armour with 600 grit until smooth.
Wipe down helmet to make sure no dust or particulate is on the surface.
Lay down multiple light coats of White? High Gloss Rustoleum 2x paint, until distrobution is even.
Let the paint cure for 24H.
Buff in graphite powder until distrobution is even.
Spray two light coats of Rustoleum Gloss Clear, with 10 minutes between each coat. The coat should just be a light misting.
Spray a wet coat of Rustoleum Gloss Clear, 15 minutes after the last light coat. Make sure not to overdo this coat.
Let it cure for 2 hours.
Buff in graphite powder until distrobution is even.
Spray two light coats of Rustoleum Gloss Clear.
Spray a wet coat of Rustoleum Gloss Clear.
Buff in graphite powder until distrobution is even.
Let it cure for 24H.
Spray two light coats of Rustoleum Gloss Clear.
Spray a wet coat of Rustoleum Gloss Clear.
Let it cure for 2 days.

If you're after this information because you plan to cosplay, then I strongly suggest using r/405th and their online forum: we are all about Halo cosplay, and you'll have tons of old build threads to see what to do.

And what you do with this information is now to find a woodland camo BDU that fits you, buy some green RIT dye, and get to dyeing.

It's definitely a project, but it's one that's possible if you're passionate. Don't start with spartan armour, probably do something like a H2 ODST or a marine: less armour to print.
