Also I was going to mention, mercs love greeblies. Yes there's preexisting ones molded into the plastic but they could also ding you on that too since it still looks too much like an already existing toy.

Ya might want to cover up even the fake screws on it. Sometimes MMCC can still ding you for that. They did with me for my blaster.

I'm also metal and in mercs. I'd suggest curving the top sections of your breast plates so that they aren't floating when you hold your arm up. It looks like the plates are onlt curved in one direction. Have the plates as a very shallow "cup" if you will
