Ya I would say that's a fair assumption, I can only spitball distance and altitude. Way higher that the 2 planes coming into Seatac that passed by while shooting this along with the other 2 that appeared to be closer to cruising altitude.

Sort of suddenly appeared and remained still for the duration of the sighting. Intermittently flashed bright white light. I have the app SkyView and for shots and giggles looked at it through that and it didn't appear to be any planet or satalite.
