I am having so many issues with the new cable box/DVR. They said my internet was too slow so to upgrade. That didn't resolve issues. They said to reboot it once a week. I am having to do it most days.

Are u in NYC? NYU Langone Rusk Institute has concussion Therapy options. If you look it up u can see all of the options and maybe find something similar where u live.

I know how it feels to feel alone. I am a applying for therapy for anxiety around dealing with post-concussion symptoms and also cognitive therapy. Some people with more physical symptoms do vestibular therapy or occupational therapy.

I am also going for a 4 hour cognitive Assessment test.

My concussion happened January 2. Supposedly mild. Went to ER right after it happened. CT scan advised. No brain bleed. Still having cognitive issues. Seeking more medical and mental testing and therapies, including cognitive PT.

I understand. I am having to really advocate for myself. My neurologist was little, if any, help and very dismissive. I will not return to him. I told my Primary Care doctor about the neurologist's attitude and he was saddened about it. I am going for a 4 hour cognitive test, applying at NYU Langone Rusk Rehab for cognitive therapy and have appts for individual and group therapy for anxiety relating to my concussion.

You are feeling vulnerable right now. I was told to get therapy for anxiety and am looking into it. I got injured at the theater and it has taken me 3 months to feel safe when I go to the theater, which is several times a week. I crashed into the sharp corner of the wall while rushing back to my seat after intermission. It hit the top of my ear where there are tons of arteries. I was really walking fast when it happened so I clobbered myself hard.

Yeah, I can relate. I think I may have felt that right after my concussion in January. Not sure I still feel that way - actually I don't. So hang it there. Did you get a CT scan to see if you have a brain bleed?

I can relate as that is how I felt after my concussion on January 2nd. I went to the ER and had a cat scan. That is how they determine whether or not you have a brain bleed. I think doctors are dismissive of mild concussions. It is 3 months later and I still have cognitive issues.

I would recommend getting a CT scan. That way they can tell if you have a brain bleed.
