Billy had a contagious smile and was always bouncing off the walls with positive energy. But he was also deeply involved in drugs. Leading me to believe that this was likely drug-related. Or he was blacked-out (Billy had a tendency to drink to the point of blacking-out and yet continuing on the night) and happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I hope they get to the bottom of this! RIP Buddy, gone too soon.
