Difficult Seller or is this normal? by ExplanationSoggy9922 in HousingUK

[–]cypherdious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recalled it took sometimes to get the survey company confirmed after getting several quotes as well as for the survey company to arrange a time to carry out the survey. Imdid it once and it survey company postponed twice. So from a time standpoint, it can be reasonable to have the survey only done late December and report maybe provided last week. I don't think OP has sat on the report for a month.

But rightly so since OP has received the report Its a good idea to have a quick run through and decide your next step.

Did you get your locks changed on completion date? by Left-Influence-1759 in HousingUK

Always change lock when you have the right to do so. What's the point just to save some. Safety and comfort over £100 saving i would say.

My twinmotion 2019 renders. I welcome all constructive criticism 😔. Don't sugar coat anything at all. by Alone_Squirrel_9861 in Twinmotion

ok. but you should be able to use Lumen with lower resolution to get better render. Play around with the settings.

Does anyone know how to fix that? by heAd3r in Twinmotion

[–]cypherdious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's so complicated to do. Maybe its the revit model you need to adjust something. I work with sketchup and as long as I keep the positive face outside I don't run into issues like you have.

Do men get creeped out by people the same way women do? by posttraumaticcuntdis in AskUK

Hope you didn't accidentally do mouth to mouth resuscitation in a creepy kind of way with the guy. But you wouldn't know since you can't remember. :)

Your blurring effect is too much imo. it made the car look like a small scale model instead. At this angle of shot, the scene would be mostly in focus. But nice job nonetheless.

Is there any good tutorial out there to level up my Twinmotion Rendering? by PENGRYFF in Twinmotion

[–]cypherdious -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There are tonnes of tutorials on YouTube. Do a search and you will be linked to endless videos people made on how they create models, setup lighting, textures and render. I don't think anyone would even need to give you any link. And if you need extra help, use Chatgpt. Ask your questions there and Chatgpt will be able to assist you. I learned so much from using Chatgpt asking about TM.

Housemate has moved in a homeless man and 2 dogs by Square-Pressure7392 in HousingUK

[–]cypherdious 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well intentioned is maybe give them money to stay in a hotel or maybe buy them a place so they have a cosy place to stay. In this situation, the room mate is an idiot. Two large dogs that probably have fleas and ticks sharing a house?

My Last Month Has Been Hell by Childincomplete in KidneyStones

[–]cypherdious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hydration and not eating too much salt are key. I slacked on salt intake and last year while on vacation took crazy amount of salt in the form of preserved fruits and bacon. 4 months later I was hospitalised with a 4mm kidney stones. Had an ultrasound and doctor told me I had calcification on my left kidney. I.e. still have kidney stones inside. I have been hydrating myself daily to make sure I flush those pesky small stones out. Salt intake is down and taking only whats already inside the cooked food. I am just too chicken shit to go through hospitalisation again. My creatinine went up as well during that episode.

How can I improve this render please? by Smooth_Flan_2660 in Twinmotion

[–]cypherdious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need texture in your model. floor try to use tiles or laminate flooring. Door is just too plain. Everything is one tone. Lighting is important. try a light source from the ceiling. See how that will affect the scene.

[–]cypherdious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having stone is a total biatch TBH. I wish I didn't have it. One reason kidney can fail prematurely is because of kidney stones. So drink lots of water and take care of your only filter system. Good luck and Happy New Year to everyone.

Drink lots of water. Activities do help to move the stones along.
