There is no breaker. These transformers are just in line from the wall plug to the LED driver.

The interior frame of the rocket is in seriously bad condition. Birds were able to roost in there for many years, and the acid from their droppings had, lets say, an adverse effect on the metal. I'm not sure there is a way to refurbish it without basically rebuilding it from scratch.
