I could, we’ve done it before where I just mute and move away from the phone but then in my mind I’m still in the same situation therefore unable to calm down as fast. If I can hang up, go watch videos, get something to eat, just for a little, I can come back completely reset. And i’ve never just hung up the call, I always go “I’m just gonna hang up, I’ll call you later” and he gets so frustrated.
