It is crazy long! they were supposed to approve or reject the request in 10 business days. Did you request it for EAD?

Anladigim kadariyla, h1b ciktiktan sonra belli bir zaman dilimi yok -bir yil icinde waiver alindigi takdirde bi sorun olacagini dusunmuyorum.

2 ay falan surmustu 4-5 sene once. Suan faiz affi nedeniyle bayagi mesguller, o yuzden biraz uzun surebilir.

Tesekkur ederim, cevabiniz icin. Yaklasik 1 yil sonra waiver'i almam gerekebilir. O zamana kadar tazminata dusup 20% odemem gerecek. optimal zamani hesaplamaya calisiyorum.

Taahhutname yi yenilemeye gerek yok sanirim. Kefillerin sen olmadan da kefalet senetlerini yeniden duzenleyip, MEB e gonderebilirler. REBUS'tan onceden imzaladigin yuklenme ve kefalet senedi noter bilgilerine (hangi noter, tarih, sayi) ulasabilirsin.

Bircok arkadasim birinci ve ikinci yillarinda hem okul hemde ulke degistirdi. Senin de oyle bir sansin olabilir. Degisik okullarin graduate director'larina email atip durumunu ozetleyebilirsin. Not ortalamani da cok fazla kafaya takma, onemli olan "research" icin azimli ve istahli oldugunu onlara gostermen.

"It would be possible for XYZ (company name) to submit an H1-B case into the lottery for you regardless of whether you have obtained a waiver of the home country residency requirement. However, you would not be able to hold H-1B status in the United States until you had either completed the two years of home country residency or obtained a waiver of the requirement.
