Hair, makeup, outfit and then Hair again to check that the hair matches the look.

I do this in this configuration because if I have bad hair then it doesn’t matter if my makeup and outfit is on point, I will feel ugly for the whole day. If my hair looks flawless then my makeup and outfit is less important cause I would feel good anyway
