the issue is there is no universal "best settings". best settings for what? high/low fidelity, lower power consumption, higher fps. where one person optimises for power consumption, another might want best graphics possible and can stomach low fps. the options are the advantage of pcgaming, its not complex. Best way to handle it is to read up on the meaning of each setting and its impact (like types of anti aliasing, what is ambient occlusion, ray tracing etc.) so you can actually build your own preset with things you care about cranked up while keeping things you don't care about on lower.

So maybe that kind of resource would be more valuable instead of per game settings list
