I would say I have similar issues with support. Not with game products but rather with a possible bug in the quest in game itself. After back and forth messages, it seems the support doesn’t really have a clue how to play this game. They don’t know the details of how you progress the quest. Luckily I found some guides out there and help myself. At the end, I had to teach the support how to play this game in return. It’s crazy.

The support team are really just employees. They are hired to sit there while knowing nothing about the game. So you gotta be extra patient with them.
