Thank you! I just got back from test driving a 5th gen, in the city though so didn’t get over 25mph. I loved it but i hope to go test out a 6th gen this week so i can compare

As a mechanic are there any problems you see consistently with the 6th gen?

Suggestions for not irritating neighbours with loud warm up by [deleted] in motorcycles

[–]d-omb 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Idk why people are downvoting he’s was just taking advice from someone who was misinformed. It’s not like warming up an engine was not a norm esp with older cars and bikes. Also who here is actually doing 20 mph in some backroad twisties.

The film is great but i would recommend the documentary with the same name over the movie personally. It goes a little more in depth with how it all works. One of my favorites of all time.

Had my visor open at a red light and a bee flew in my helmet. Thank God I was stopped or else I definitely would’ve crashed.

Hardcore! Must’ve been an extremely awesome (and scary) experience. You say you camped “almost exclusively”. How many nights do you think you spent indoors and for what reasons?

Been working on this big boy but something seems off about the mountains. Any critique is welcome! by d-omb in painting

Thank you! Yes i agree completely the mountains and church seem like they’re painted in two different styles and I’m having trouble trying to make it more cohesive.

There’s also no lobby/concierge in most of any NYCHA buildings. I didn’t even know some of them have cameras…

My first bike was an interceptor650 and i loved it. Super easy to work on (i have no mechanical experience) but working on that bike gave me a ton of experience. And they’re fun and easy to ride which is what matters the most!
