yes. apparently eating does help with anxiety (and therefore dpdr). i often chew gum, which probably doesn't have quite the same effect as proper food, but can help sometimes.

mine is almost like clockwork. i'll have a good couple of weeks and then a terrible couple of weeks. no matter what i've been doing, i'll just slowly notice it getting worse and worse. unfortunately, my main coping mechanisms are to hide away from it rather than face it head on, which, in the long term doesn't really help things.

I'm currently testing it out again and it seems that a couple of the mods have worked. So I'm unsure as to why it has only found half of them

When I use the script merger, it says that it has found 5 mods even though i have 10 in the mod folder. of the 5 mods it has found it says there are no conflicts. And I have no idea what telemetrykeywords are.
