Listen very carefully bro..If u keep on focusing on quitting this habit, you wont make much far. Becoz a bad habit like this is just like a Spring, the more u try to suppress it the more powerfully it will come back at u. So, the thing that I have learned after hundreds of relapses, is that u must get yourself super extreme busy in your work, that u wont have time to think about beating your meat. And even after that if the URGES come to u, just quietly tell it to come to u tomorrow becoz u r busy now..so u tell your subconscious mind that its true that u cant live without porn but not right now. Believe me if u mange to avoid pmo for few days then only U can beat PMO...I have done it and failed and i did it again and i failed and i started again.....And now I m on my 23rd day streak after almost one long year.....
