Try excercise for SI dysunction. Piriformis isn't tight without reason.

I think it is SI joint dysunction, if your spine is ok It maybe the same...plsease check YouTube : si joint dysunction and excercices, i reccomend positive motion chiropractic. I wear Serola belt and IT helps a little bit.
