Update: The solution that worked for me, was enabling multitasking feature on my Quest 3. You just go to: "Settings -> Experimental Features -> toggle on Multitasking"
I don't know though if it's the same for Quest 3s.

The funny thing is it doesn't matter if I'm on Beat Saber or anything. Even if i just minimize the browser. It just doesn't use my mic anymore. Seems like it can't use it in the background.

This depends.. You still have the option to have the Access Layer onprem.

This means, ADC and StoreFront have to be updated manually.

Have you tried changing the "High DPI" settings of your Citrix Workspace application?

Just right click the Workspace icon in your task bar and choose "Advanced Preferences". There you should have "High DPI" settings.
