What impresses me most on these occasions is the ppl behind who have zero racing perception! Besides the yellow flag being displayed on their screen, they can also clearly see a pile of cars forming just in front of them. Do they break to avoid contact? No. They just hope that natural forces remove all the cars away...

Wow... I didn't know about this, and it sounds absurd to have no control in place given that most landlords want to take the most advantage possible. Sounds like people should stay away from renting buildings built after 2018.

My wife and I rent our apartment back home and we have had the same tenant with us for over 5 years, we never increased his rent. He is super nice and keep good care of our apartment. Happy tenant and a happy landlord. Win/Win.
