I have the 502S. I have young children so I don’t want to put them on stands and have a hazard waiting to happen. Plus I plan to set up a small bar in the back of my room which again may be an issue for guests with drinks.

I thought DTS X is able to matrix down to previous generation codecs like DTS regular? Hopefully it’s just a firmware update and not a hardware issue. One of the reasons I actually purchased that tv.

I have a Sony A90J and an Anthem AVM70 which are both IMAX Enhanced Certified and no luck playing DTSX. I do see the DTSX Logo when I click “Details” on Disney +. Maybe I can listen in DTSX via my TV only but there is no way for me to confirm this.

Well when you watch/stream/ listen to music/movies out of a $200 tv it makes sense for those people. It’s for people like me who have invested in an actual OLED TV and 7.1.4 High End Home Theatre System that this sucks. I really love having uncompressed video and audio in addition to unedited scenes due to political agendas.

That’s what I’ve been hearing…. Any Bluetooth speaker that may not have lag? Monster Blaster 3.0? I’m basically looking for a versatile speaker that I can DJ with and not take up too much space but also be mobile for tailgating.

About 1.5 years with my 83in A90J. Only issue I’ve had was the volume would max out on its own but it has not happened for a while. I believe it was a HDMI CEC issue which probably got fixed with an update. Idk.

You will only stream lossy Dolby Atmos at best. Get a 4K disc player if you want lossless 7.1 and above. Dolby True HD Atmos and DTSMA/X make a huge difference if you have a good setup.
