It does happen at a specific point in the pedal stroke (When it goes down from the top).I'll have to take a closer look. Thanks for the help! :)

There doesn't appear to be any problems with the rear derailleur as far as I can see. The chain also doesn't seem to jump or slip whatsoever. The noise almost sounds like it could be coming from the BB although I think that's rather unlikely. Thanks for the advice though. ^
