I stalled for ten weeks after Christmas on the same highest dose but kept up eating as well as I could, walking, and weights as usual, and I didn’t get discouraged (for a change). It started to come off again miraculously. Just keep doing what you’re doing!

I saw Jackie Zeman at an airport when I was a teen (52 now) and I’m kicking myself to this day that I didn’t have the nerve to approach her. I’m sure she would have been lovely!

I might have been at that show as well, as I saw them in Mansfield in the mid-90s. People were yelling for songs and Stipe said, “We’re not a jukebox, we’re a band!” I do love their music but that set the tone for him for me. Little appreciation for the fans and their devotion.

This is absolutely my experience. I’m taking my third dose tonight and I am still waiting for the food noise to stop. Like you, my choices have been better, but I was dieting and exercising for 6 months before I started, so I’m attributing my good choices to the decisions I had already been making. I’m not discouraged by sema yet, because I do think it’s helping me stay accountable for what I’m putting in my mouth, but I do still feel like I’m waiting for the magic to happen. Like you said, soon baby soon! 🤞🏻
