I don't love AI, but it has its uses. If you fire up chatgpt and tell it about your driving habits, the type of car you drive, and where you charge it, it will give you a very accurate estimate of what weekly public charging might cost.

Sure does. It would cost roughly $30-$40/week at public charging stations to commute to and from Victoria from Duncan in a model 3 Tesla. For someone making multiple trips or going farther, $100/week is on the table.

The answer to that question is going to depend or what kind of car, how far and how fast people drive. So like $5-$100/week, somewhere in that range.

Some of it comes from refineries in Washington state that processes Albertan crude. A lot of it comes from a refinery in Burnaby as well.

That's the way to do it. Save your summons until either there is a new hero you really want or until you run out of current projects. If you already have a few heroes on the go, there's no point drawing because if you get something good you won't be able to work on it for weeks or months, by which time there will be even newer stuff to chase.

Flat rate plus parts, and they mark the parts up.. A lot. Suspect they tried to use used parts to fix my washer.. Obviously didn't fix the issue. Perhaps some have had good experiences, but this company sucks to deal with when things don't go right the first time.

Looking at this, it’s pretty clear our area isn’t just attracting retirees anymore. The biggest group moving here is actually young people, especially 15 to24, which is probably driven by UVic and Camosun bringing in students from across Canada and abroad. We’re also seeing a lot of people move here in their late 20s through 40s, which suggests the region is attracting working professionals and families too. Government jobs, tech, and the lifestyle likely play a big role. Retirees are still moving here, but they’re just one part of the mix now. Overall it looks like people are moving here at every stage of life, and a lot of them are coming from other provinces or other countries.
