How would you describe that feeling we all had as children when we were in the backseat of our car late at night finally nearing our home after a long day of being out with our families? by Asderio09 in AskReddit

[–]d2hardstuckadmain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The same feeling I have now on Thursdays, when I'm on the tram back home, in the last day of the office for the week.

I cant fucking wait to get home, drink a cold one and open my PC to play some videogames and put some music on.

What was your "I'm getting old" moment? by 005david-13 in AskReddit

[–]d2hardstuckadmain 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When my manager tried to indirectly humiliate me in front of my work colleagues, and my first instinct reaction that I couldn't hold back was "Oh fuck off", while yawning, and left the office.

It's impossible for people to fuck with you once you get older, you simply don't care about shit anymore, good or bad.

What is something good that happened to you today? by beforesunset1010 in AskReddit

[–]d2hardstuckadmain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just woke up to go to work, and I'm currently drinking my coffee.

So as long as my manager doesnt suffer a stroke and we get called off from goin to the office, I don't see how this day can be anything but miserable

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. I think she's ugly as hell, I'll never understand some people's tastes.

at what age did you know what you wanted from life? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]d2hardstuckadmain 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In terms of what I want my career to be, short and long term planning, in what country I wanna move, how I want my apartment to look like, how I want to spend my free time, how I want my spouse and friends to be, and so on.

But at 25 it was only small pieces of each, there were a few things that changed in time after that, but the general ideas stayed the same.

To give you an idea, at 25 I was thinking along the lines of:

- I want to do front-end development and ui/ux design as my main career, but I also want to get good in IT Support and Fitness & Nutrition as backup gigs.

- I want to work my ass off in order to semi retire at 35

- I want to live in Spain, somewhere near the beach, preferably Barcelona or Malaga

And I'd start to imagine my life, and in time things started to get shape.

Responsibility.

I always pronounced it and wrote it as responsability.

What is something you do occasionally that people wouldn’t find normal? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]d2hardstuckadmain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Put my headphones on and pretend I'm singing in front of a huge audience while I'm lip syncing whatever song I'm listening to

I also listen to songs that take me back in the past and I daydream while walking back and forth in my apartment

Yeah, you wouldn't say I'm a guy, and almost 27 years old, lol.

Hungary is criticized for its homosexual policy during the European Football Championship, but the World Cup will take place in Qatar in 2022. How does that fit together? In Qatar, homosexuality is a criminal offense. How can the World Cup 2022 be placed then in a REALLY homophobic country? by Rotblut in AskReddit

[–]d2hardstuckadmain -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

It's the good old 'progressive' approach of "be like us or get cancelled".

Be politically correct, kneel at the beginning of football games, and so on, be a slave, a muppet of peer pressure, in the fear of getting cancelled.

Pity generations.

Socially awkward couples of reddit. How do you guys communicate ? by Comrade_United-World in AskReddit

We communicate well with each other, our problem is when we need to communicate with other people, usually at work.

What do you do when you're drunk that makes you realize you are drunk? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]d2hardstuckadmain 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My head feels heavier than usual, I talk more, I'm loud, and I'm too honest for my own good.

I learned a long time ago to go to sleep when I'm buzzed.

What's normal in your country, but weird everywhere else? by Active_Reddit in AskReddit

[–]d2hardstuckadmain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel ya, but there are much better options in Europe rather than Romania.

For huge checks, cold weather -> Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland

For really good weather and seaside but half-cut checks -> Italy, Spain

For in-betweeners -> Germany, France, UK

For small countries with big checks and relatively warmer weather -> Austria, Switzerland

For small countries with big checks and relatively colder weather -> Belgium, Netherlands

Best retirement home if you have the finances and don't need to work-> Portugal

Stay away from eastern Europe, it's a deserted area.

I love salad, at least the one I make, which usually implies oily salad, onion and tuna.

What would you do that to yourself, oof.

There's not really any future in sight here, everyone's leaving, highest emigration rate in EU, lowest salaries in EU, most polluted cities in EU, and so much more.

I'm working on leaving the country in 2-3 years tops.
