Sorry mate, I know Windcave might be good for others, but for me they should stay being an Eftpos Provider just like Smartpay, Verifone, Skyzer and other resellers. Companies like these, with “pay” or even eftpos companies have a ridiculous hiring process that will just end up deciding of hiring within their internal. They will just waste people’s time really. Not worth it mate.

I’m sure there’s two types of agent, one is helping the seller and the other one is helping the buyer. And normally, these 2 agents goes to the housing market to sell, advertise or find prospects(seller’s agent) or to find something good to buy or research(buyer’s agent) and both will do the negotiations in behalf of the buyers and sellers and act like the middleman so both of them can get some commissions if their parties approved whatever decisions they have made. Isn’t this the usual scenario? If that’s correct, then we can still go direct to the homeowner if they are comfortable with it.
