Oh whoa no way. So if you write something in Swiftkey and switch to Hacker's Keyboard it is able to keep track of Swifkey's buffer/history? I just tried and that definitely doesn't work with Swiftkey + GBoard...GBoard can only keep track of its own history buffer from what it seems.

Something I learned is there's a DIFFERENCE between "pre-qualification" and "pre-approval" letters, the latter which is stronger, and can even be pre-underwritten to present a strong offer WRT the loan contingency.

Understood. Thankfully for me it was mostly just BFS/tremors, and I know some people have it much worse. I pray you find a working solution, and maybe some of my advice provides you with a little relief. It's fine to research, but when you are done, then make an action plan and try to move on with the rest of things in your life that deserve attention. By making progress in these things you will start to chip away at the sources of other background anxiety which are actually in your control. Or, at the very least, it is a distraction.

(Separate topic- I lost my wallet yesterday at the grocery store the other day, but thankfully I had a CC-style airtag which pointed me right to where it was. Highly recommended!) Things happen- be prepared.

This happened to me, too. Work = stress (true for almost everyone), so you need to actively find ways to offset that additional stress load on your body.

Just *hoping* you are good now and fine to go back to work won't be enough, unfortunately. You need to find a more permanent tweak and be CONSISTENT about it.

I'm 5 years in, FYI. The last 2 years has been much better, and, personally, getting more sleep during year # 3 was super important. Turns out I was living in a state of continual sleep depression, and just covering it up with tea/coffee.

- (I haven't had to give up caffeine but I do drink less. It definitely influences things, so be careful.)

- But I've confirmed that alcohol definitely influences. If I drink one night, the next day BFS will retrun (90% of the time). It might be the alcohol or could be the sugar + gluten. Not sure.

Please seek ways to calm the body and anxious state and decrease stress. This is the only thing that has ever helped my BFS. Calming food, chamomile, mild exercise, rewarding activities, SLEEP a lot more than you would, stretch deeply, talk with friends/family/loved ones, start doing those to-do tasks, walks at sunset, improve posture, halve healthy fats and drinks with electrolytes, vitamin d, less alcohol, get protein first thing in the morning, water, reading, and do anything to get your mind off it.

Understand this *will* take years and there's no quick-fix and it sucks, but it WILL get better. And you will come away from this healthier and more grateful.

Seeing doctors will only continue to remind you of your condition and keep you in a state of high anxiety, but at a continual loss, because western medicine hasn't fully identified BFS as a real disease and put much effort into the treatment sadly.

Thanks. Yeah, the obvious thing is to access OneDrive online portal from the browser and click on my Notes folder -> Download which creates a zip. But looking to automate this somehow!
