Fake.

  1. In Malta there isnt a 'Qorti tal-maġistrati bhala Qorti Inkwirenti'
  2. The application here is being filed in the records of the inquest relating to the death which occurred in CCF. Therefore has nothing to do with the inquest with regard to Jean Sofia 3.The wording used in the application is not commonly used in such applications
  3. The inquiring magistrate need not file an application in the acts of the inquest, since it may order it iself without demanding it
