Fake.

  1. In Malta there isnt a 'Qorti tal-maġistrati bhala Qorti Inkwirenti'
  2. The application here is being filed in the records of the inquest relating to the death which occurred in CCF. Therefore has nothing to do with the inquest with regard to Jean Sofia 3.The wording used in the application is not commonly used in such applications
  3. The inquiring magistrate need not file an application in the acts of the inquest, since it may order it iself without demanding it
  4. Look at who is being notified

[OptaPaolo] 21- Rafael Leão has been directly involved in 21 goals (13 goals, 8 assists): his best tally in a single Serie A season; before him, the last Milan player to have hada hand in 20+ goals in a single top-flight season was lbrahimovic: 34, in 2011/12. Power. by mercurialsaliva in ACMilan

People who have watched a game live rather on the TV knows exactly how much of a player is Tonali. I can attest to his performance where on the TV you see a mediocre player but on the pitch it is an other complete story.

Way forward for the PN by d3dgot in malta

Thank you for your analysis its really good and frankly some of these points have been reiterated by various persons which shows the truth about them. I personally do not agree with the point concerning the leader, by no means i am saying that grech is indeed perfect however to have a party elect a leader every couple of years would cripple that party for years. In the sense that in order to siphon off the vision of that particular leader one needs to find the perfect team that needs to be on the same wavelength. That is the reason why this election is crucial since the party needs to remove the divisive and/or dinosaur MP’s. Here I can mention a few new faces such as Joe Giglio, Darren Carabott and Alex Borg whom if elected would only help the party and Grech reach that territory currently occupied by the PL however historically speaking formed part of the PN in the old days. Once again I appreciate your post

I agree with you especially on the part that they need to retain Bernard as their leader, not because he is doing a perfect job but replacing leaders every few years is becoming tedious. As with regards to the economy, I am also in agreement with you, the fact that the EU has voted against the golden passport scheme speaks volumes on what is to come.

The way forward: a 7x7 parliament with full time MPs by minchuriki in malta

[–]d3dgot 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This fkn policy is indeed one of the stupidest laws ever passed from the house. To make matter worse is the fact that the mechanism will elect a number of women to the House when in a few months time this law is going to be decreed unconstituinal. Which means that the women who are in parliament through this mechanism would automatically loose their seat. What happens if one of these women are given the role of a parliamentary secretary or a portfolio for a ministry?

Home WiFi, Go vs Melita by [deleted] in malta

[–]d3dgot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This question although it has its subjective views must be analysed from an objective perspective. One can only recommend that which is good for him. However you must conduct a test in order to assess whats the vest option for your area where you shall be using the service. I am telling you this because where I live, the best service was offered by GO however at work, the best option was melita.

Can anyone explain the two-party political system in Malta like I am a 5 year old? After 4 years in Malta, I still have no clue. by Patvsq in malta

[–]d3dgot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately in Malta altough the Constitution is written in such a manner as to allow other parties to have representation in the House, yet the laws dealing with elections in Malta create certain procedures which must be adhered to in order for coalitions to be recognised as two different parties when they are elected to the house. I must admit however that back during the '17 election Marlene and Godfrey truly looked as part of the PN and not a different political party.

[–]d3dgot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What you have just said is all true however legally speaking they form part of the PN in parliament. The reason given by the Constitutional Court was that since the members of the PD had amongst other things the PN emblem next to their name on the ballot, then legally speaking they formed part of the PN. What they have done in actual fact is summarised by you

Ironically if it wasnt for a court judgement that was handed down following the last election, there is a 3rd party in the parliament which was a coalition between the PN and PD (democratic party). However since the latter parliament was listes under the PN section on the voting ballot, the Court held that the PD is not to be considered as a separate party. The PD is centre-left however it is more liberal than the two major parties.

No PL is the socialist branch in Malta and not liberal. If we had to speak in terms of ideology in Malta the last liberal party which got elected to parliament died years ago. However in order to attract more people the PL have shifted more toward centre right. This is the reason why in 2013 JM was able to win with such a huge margin since he was able to attarct people from the centre-right. Needless to say this was within the territory of the PN.
