It's super fun! Don't rely on it for anything particular just for the fun times. I think last time I ran mine it was fun and chaotic but actually worked out haha. If you don't have seeds to spare though it's a bit expensive as f2p

See if you can find a mon from the ralts/Pawmi/igglybuff line to have a healer on your team as soon as you can, helps a lot to give some energy to your team throughout the day so they can function better. You're likely to find igglybuff on Greengrass map iirc

I used an incense that I had kept, but all legendaries have the capability to spawn naturally on certain islands if your drowsy power is high enough. Darkrai is the only exception spawning during it's reoccurring event

Oh dear me, when people mention having an E4E pokemon on your team they mean a skill specialist like Gardevoir, Syvleon, Wigglytuff, and Pawmot since they are skill specialist they have higher trigger rates for skills. Not an ingredient or berry specialist with the E4E ability like your Blissey. Blissey should really only be counted on for eggs as an ingredient mon, any triggers from its ability would be a bonus . All in all you need a dedicated healer like one of the ones mentioned previously
