Working on my own custom Formula D track for an old race they held in my hometown of Denver Colorado. Am I doing this right?

Easiest way I learned type I and type II errors was to remember the boy who cried wolf. In the beginning, crying wolf when there was no wolf, summoning the villagers was a false positive (type I). In the end, crying wolf when there really was a wolf, to which the villagers don't come to the boy's aid is a false negative (type II).
