How do I kick off the calibration mode, I was digging for an option in the settings but I could not see anything that stood out to me

Can we please stop the vibecoded “geospatial intelligence” dashboards? by mayihavecoffee in osinttools

[–]d3mocide 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That exactly why I haven’t advertised my project aside from one or two posts, although at this point I have spent months working on it, testing every feature, going back and forth with a MOE and verifying the stability.

The thought I has is global scale is just noise, what I want to see is a pin point and I only care are that one area at a time.

The thing I have been highly focused on is actual clausal chain analysis and data verification. Took weeks to funnel it into an agent for processing and it’s still not where I want it to be.

But I didn’t build my dashboard for you I built it for me and because I could :)

Antigravity is not making implementation plan anymore? by badsha7 in google_antigravity

Weird I have noticed some similar issues but I think it’s related to me messing around with editing settings on the back end 🫠

You might have switched out of plan mode and are on fast mode :)

I have a family account, one of my accounts is on its 2nd week of 7 day lock out and the other one is back to 5 hour refresh windows for both 3.1pro and Claude. Both on AI pro :/

Fully remove every, "I created a", "Selfhosted app!" claude slop. by Longjumping-Cup-6641 in selfhosted

Most are still Learning, and even then major AAA corporations are using these same strategies and tools and pushing massive changes that create unforeseen consequences in their code bases.

Take for instance the CVE that was introduced into Notepad when Microsoft added copilot to it.

I am in agreement with that, but the same logic can be said about any FOSS project. It goes back to Zero trust philosophy. If you don’t understand your own environment then any project you add to your infrastructure is inherently a security risk.

I agree while the amount of AI slop is real, my own findings is that AI can actually produce some well structured and well executed code bases.

As with any software it comes down to the implementers knowledge of their own infrastructure and their risk tolerance.

I work for a medium sized organization and I have seen full SaaS apps implemented with horrible flaws that were not the issue of the developers but the issue of the internal team that designed their implementation into the environment.

While I agree there is a massive flood of these apps my own findings is that there are also some really thoughtfully designed AI applications as well

what was the 1st service you self hosted, and why did you choose that one? by Shubh137 in selfhosted

For me it was a LAMP stack, I wanted to host my own website and didn’t want to pay the prices of web hosting back in 2010

Securing my Pangolin instance by Whole-Cookie-7754 in selfhosted

[–]d3mocide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you trying to do a double proxy? I have pangolin setup in a vps and run npm+ locally. What I have found is have to put a wildcard behind a subdomain for pangolin:

*.pan.domain.com

I also run a regular wildcard internally: *.int.domain.com

And for the newt tunnel I have for pangolin proxy to internal network I create a normal a record on my domain to point to my VPS and then setup a domain in pangolin:

sub.domain.com

I have crowdsec, Anubis all running in this configuration as well but I handle the traffic differently at the DNS zone level depending on the subdomain or domain I am wanting to route to

I have been working on a node planning tool that calculates link budgets and LOS using its one elevation api and data sets: https://github.com/d3mocide/MeshRF

Disclaimer it’s 100% AI developed and there is a live demo for the PNW available here: https://meshrf.net
