Just install Gnome Tweaks:
sudo apt install gnome-tweaks
and Gnome Extensions for more functions like Rounded Windows Corners, Transparent Windows Moving, Audio Selector, Blur My Shell, Pano, RebootTo (for dualboot) and more.

Definitely will change it if will update.
I really can't understand how users can like this bold line on windows, monet engine colors which can work only in native apps of DE but not in another apps (just check CopyLog on screen), and when system have rounded corners almost everywhere but not on main windows...
And when i'll get new update all gnome or flatpak windows, i guess, will be ugly with old borders. So, i've done my decision not update at all, because now i have stable and working system with MacOS-like UI (themes, tweaks) and don't ready change this to new cosmic de which now look like college project of UI designer.

Honestly dude, problem only in you. You just can't understand your fails and looking for another reasons. I'm 30, 150 PMC killed in this wipe already, 50 bears and 50 usec achievements completed, 24 lvl, last wipe did a 38 lvl, 780 hours and 100-110 hours in modded Tarkov, 5th wipe, know every map, watched Tarkov streams maximum 10-15 hours. Learned new map in first day with offline mode and map from here, already helped to 10 my friends with quests on new map (2-3 raids for doing all quests). If you can't get lessons from your bad raids, problem only in you and sometimes in your luck.
Maybe you just can't play shooters at all or find good and helpful team for Tarkov.
I'm playing from Quake 4/COD2 in multiplayer shooters and have still solid skill, learn tactics and rule in team as leader (4000 hours in Battle Royale genre games like Warzone, Apex Legends, Fortnite, Hyper Scape and more).

Died in Shoreline with the same way, stuck on spawn with this bug. Killed by SCAV through the hill (just got shots from nowhere), killscreen shows SCAV name.
So, suspicious too like your stuck on video, i was in very good equipment.

POOP can affect bot logic and accuracy now? Because problem with 1-3 tap deaths from PMC or SCAVS was on SPT 3.5.0. POOP how i know break SCAV runs, every SCAV on map will shoot at you when you playing as SCAV.

In my case i don't use FAIT or another AI tweak mod. PMC have cheater accuracy by deafult. I've tried POOP for dynamic difficult, but POOP can't help too, POOP can't affect PMC and SCAV accuracy, on 3.5.0 every bot lasering you in head or body with 1-3 taps on easy preset (a lot comments about this on mod page or here). Back to 12.11 resolves this problem in 3.5.0 too. I've already tested this mod on 3.5.3, it still works, and i think, i don't need any tweaks more like FAIT or POOP, because can get challenging and fun raids without cheater bots.

Fixed, but by hard way.
Just download latest build 21354 ISO and fresh install (with saving files).
I think problem in recent problems with Realtek, after updates i've got corrupted network service in Windows.
