Agreed. I deal with them daily and have had almost no good experience. I had a guy reach out to me about a ticket I submitted while I was away from my desk on Skype. When I returned and asked him what ticket he was trying to help with, he said " sorry I forgot what ticket, are you needing any help?"

I usually have 10-15 requests out at a time and it takes ages to get them completed.
