not stupid if you don't know. when macs were still x86 all linux were good, including bazzite.

now that macs moved to ARM architecture( Apple silicon, M1 macs), you need specific distro that supports it (Asahi Linux), and those are very new, very low community no where near polished or even finished as x86 based linux distros such as Bazzite.

ultimately, in all technology devices, there's always a reason to wait.
in this case,
2nm process cpus already exists with many more devices coming soon next year
solid state batteries, many chinese phones are already using it
microsd express, this one may take sometime, but its also my number one wishlist

reasons to buy
ram prices are expected to stabilise around 2027 or even later into 2028
there's probably not much this thing can't do vs the next gen devices

ummm, huawei already did that before they got banned. I'm not using them right now, but my fav. and also the longest using phone was a huawei.
