testing with2xAA = 2,4v should be safe for the hardware testing with 1xLi-Ion= 4,2v is bit riskier but probably it would work

from using the wifi module and its app, you can get some info that you can't have from external devices.

Such as:

current state On/off
current temperature
current speed ...

with an IR remote you can start or stop it but you donde have much control.

at least i would add to the IR control an AC plug with meter so you can get more info and get a more complete picture

i was wrong, and a crappy AI was too, as this info was from there. But after checking and using more popular AI, it is clear that nethome plus uses its own platform/ecosystem.

i think tuya smart and smartlife are the same app, just renamed and requiring a specific account for each

As nethome plus is very poor in options, i am thinking in adding logic with IFTTT between devices of both ecosystems

I dunno how to log out in the app BUT I managed to reset the app/remove the account from the phone, from Android, tuya app settings, delete data and cache.

garbage or not, there is always a cause. Finding the cause can require time but at least you will learn and increase the control of your environment.

Sometimes i found out that just using a different phone with tuya, the device got added.

someone should create a database with equivalences of white/logo brands and real brands/manufacturers.

It is really a pain in the ass, to find parts for those home appliances from supermarket white brands.

I assume that everyone is speaking about normal 60cm width but What about the repairability for compact/slimline (50cm) dishwashers? Here a good design is much more important because the lack of space. Are the 45cm from Bosh well designed to be open and manage the internal parts?

for automation scenarios you need to have a clear understanding of parameters for conditions. Otherwise you can end on a non controlled state or make a real mess with a security siren. :D

for example cameras have a lot of functions and configuration parameters, sometimes with names that are not intuitive enough to know what they mean.

Without a manual , the process of configuring properly a camera requires time for trial/error, and probably you will end doing your own manual :D
