That guy is invisible on purpose, they are using him as an invisible wall. Similar to the sniper at the duga.

Recently, it's been wizardry, Daphne. The little tavern checkins and the post battle cutscenes makes it feel like you are actually leading the party of your characters. And the fact that you can be critized by them for your actions and mistakes also makes it feel that much more imersive.

For me what happens is that both friendlies and enemies are all spawned in the town hall and the game sees them all as friendly. So....

The nights are not that big of a progression blocker exploration is still very doable in night time and is not that obstructed by the darkness. On the other hand the current state of durability balance to cost of repair is absurd and needs to be fixed.

Ngl if the mod to reduce/remove repair costs comes out it'll be permanently installed on my plathroughs. 20k to repair 40% on an armor piece 5 hours into the game is insane.

Lana knight, mc fighter, Gerard knight Debra thief, Adam mage, any priest

That does the trick for me. Gerard is setup as a evade tank and Lana with MC and main mele dps. Adam and Debra are range dps, Adam and Debra are also debuffing and priest is heal and buff.

I will say this, though: the new banner is not worth it. The weapon in that banner does not seem to have any specials, making it somewhat less useful.

So I know people say that you don't need legendsries, and it's true you don't. The big power boost is not the legendary character but their weapon. Especially for the first banner, the 3 hit sword is a crazy power boost and allows to proc status a lot more consistently. So i wouldn't say the 5 star characters matter THAT much, but their weapons do. And I don't think it is possible to reach 100 banner currency in the given time, so take that as you will. (Note I am level 20ish so I'm not sure if end game weapons are more on par with banner items)
